Sharon Ricks is a seasoned public health and health equity leader with more than two decades of federal, academic, and community‑based experience advancing equitable systems and strengthening community partnerships. She specializes in translating equity frameworks into practical tools, trainings, and strategies that drive measurable change. As founder of Inspire Impact LLC, she supports mission‑driven organizations working to improve health outcomes and community wellbeing. Sharon serves as the principal consultant of Inspire Impact LLC, guiding all engagements and coordinating a network of specialists to deliver equity‑centered, community‑driven solutions.

Ashlynn Godfrey is a learning and development specialist with a Master’s in Educational Technology and Instructional Design, with dual concentrations in Adult and K–12 learning. She brings experience across healthcare and legal compliance L&D environments and previously founded an accredited private school where she designed and implemented custom curricula for diverse learners. She is skilled in Instructional design • Curriculum development • Adult learning • Assessment design • E‑learning development (Rise & Storyline) • Health literacy • K–12 and adult education. At Inspire Impact LLC, Ashlynn serves as Lead Learning & Development Specialist, applying instructional design, curriculum development, and assessment strategy to make complex content accessible and actionable.
