MY JOURNEY

My story began with a love of writing—turning chaos into clarity through words. What started as poems and letters grew into translating complex research for the National Institutes of Health. That skill for making meaning from complexity guided my shift into public health leadership, overseeing multi-state initiatives as a senior federal advisor and later serving as director of strategy and transformation at an academic medical school.

Through Inspire Impact LLC, I now help purpose-driven organizations move from vision to impact. I founded this consultancy to bring clarity, structure, and strategic momentum to teams ready to grow—with bold ideas, grounded systems, and values they’re ready to live out. Drawing on decades of experience in federal leadership, strategy, and storytelling, I walk alongside clients to build what lasts.
